Developing A Spiritual Practice

When we think of developing a spiritual practice, most of us think it’s about going to our church and helping the needy.  While that is great to incorporate into our lives, what we don’t think about is developing our personal responsibility to ourselves.  Most people are busy working for someone else, helping our families and friends in need.  Yes it is important to do all of these things, but what we are forgetting about is our personal happiness.

My questions to you are:

What makes you truly happy?

What are your passions in life and are you fulling them?

Do you take personal responsibility for your life or look to blame others for stealing their time?

Most people answer:  I don’t really know what makes me happy, I don’t have time, I don’t know what my passions are, I don’t like my job but need to make money.

As we begin on our journey in spiritual work, little miracles unfold and we see how our lives really can work.

Here are some examples on developing a spiritual practice:

Invest in learning a healing modality, like Reiki, Arch, Magnified Healing. As we become more familiar with these practices and actually incorporate them into our lives, you will see positive changes in the health of your body, mind and spirit.

Form a practice of daily Meditation.  Meditation raises our vibrations hence helping to direct and give us the answers we are searching for to make our lives complete.

Incorporating the use of grade A crystals and thereapeutic essential oils into our lives also helps with raising our vibration and keeping ourselves connected to natural healing.
